SUE GUNZBURGER AD: "GELLER TRUMPED UP FALSE CHARGES"
July 21, 2010
by Thomas Francis

Steve Geller woefully underestimated his opponent, incumbent Sue Gunzburger. Granted, there's no smoking-gun evidence that Geller was behind the short-lived criminal corruption investigation against Gunzburger, but within local political circles, there's little doubt in people's minds.

Give Gunzburger credit for calling Geller's bluff -- as well as that by the Broward Sheriff's Office. She'll get lots of momentum from winning this skirmish. And even if Geller finds dirt on Gunzburger before Election Day, he'll have a hard time getting anyone to believe it. He's the boy who cried wolf.
